About the Role

As an AI Project Management Intern at Rita ABC, you’ll support the planning, organization, and execution of projects that shape our AI-powered product experience. This role sits within the Intelligence Experience Focus Team, where you’ll support the workflows, dependencies, and deliverables that bring Rita ABC’s AI systems to life - including Mondai, our AI engine.

This isn’t about checking boxes, it’s about building clarity and flow in a highly technical, experimental space. You’ll help keep initiatives like prompt engineering, dataset development, and AI feature design organized and on track while fostering collaboration between AI strategists, designers, engineers, and leadership.

Responsibilites

Manage projects across the Intelligence Experience Focus Team, including prompt engineering, dataset initiatives, and AI product integration.
Develop and maintain project timelines, workflows, and documentation for AI-driven initiatives.
Facilitate collaboration between AI strategists, product designers, and engineers to ensure alignment across teams.
Monitor progress and milestones, ensuring projects move forward smoothly and transparently.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership on risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
Experiment with AI-enabled PM tools to streamline tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
Act as a central connector, ensuring AI-related initiatives integrate seamlessly with Rita ABC’s product roadmap.

Requirements

Relevant experience in project management, operations, or related roles - preferably within AI, tech, or product environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with AI concepts, LLMs, and/or edtech is highly desirable.
Experience with project management tools like Notion, Jira, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Eagerness to adopt AI tools and new methodologies for project management.
Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving, and experimental environment.
