As an AI Strategist (Prompt Engineering) at Rita ABC, you’ll design and refine the prompts and master prompts that power our entire product experience. These prompts are the backbone of how Rita ABC functions—guiding everything from personalized recommendations to learning journeys—and are central to building an AI system that feels intelligent, reliable, and human-centered.

At the core of this system is Mondai, our AI engine, which serves as both a career guide and the intelligence layer across the platform. In this role, you’ll architect and test prompt strategies that define how Mondai communicates, supports, and integrates into Rita ABC’s web and mobile experiences. Your work will ensure that every AI interaction is accurate, contextual, and aligned with our mission to reinvent education.

• Develop, test, and refine the prompts and master prompts that drive Rita ABC’s core product functionality.
• Architect and document prompt frameworks that ensure scalability, reusability, and consistency across the platform.
• Design prompt strategies that guide Mondai, the AI engine powering Rita ABC, in delivering clear, supportive, and contextual outputs.
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and content experts to align AI behaviors with user needs and learning outcomes.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, tone, inclusivity, and product alignment, iterating based on findings.
• Experiment with local datasets, embeddings, and context management to improve AI performance.
• Stay current on advancements in LLMs, prompt engineering, and applied AI in edtech, sharing insights with the team.

• 2–4 years of experience in AI prompt engineering, applied machine learning, NLP, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of how to design and structure prompts and master prompts to shape reliable outputs.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and techniques like prompt chaining, embeddings, and context optimization.
• Ability to evaluate and iterate on AI responses with attention to tone, inclusivity, and user experience.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams across design, product, and engineering.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to systematize learning into frameworks.
• Passion for using AI to build mission-driven, inclusive, and human-centered education products.
