Compensation

About the Role

As a Content Designer (Curriculum, AI) at Rita ABC, you’ll help design the learning experiences that power our AI-driven career platform. Sitting at the intersection of curriculum development and product design, you’ll craft content frameworks, learning journeys, and educational touchpoints that make complex ideas accessible, actionable, and inspiring.

This role is part of our Content Experience Focus Team and Design Discipline Team, giving you a direct hand in shaping how users learn and progress through Rita ABC. You’ll work closely with product designers, researchers, engineers, and AI strategists to build curriculum that doesn’t just teach skills—it equips the next generation of creatives and technologists to thrive in the future of work.

Responsibilites

Design and structure curriculum modules, lessons, and resources that align with Rita ABC’s career journey framework.
Collaborate with AI and product teams to translate learning objectives into interactive, AI-supported experiences.
Develop content guidelines and templates that ensure clarity, inclusivity, and engagement across the platform.
Research and integrate best practices in instructional design, digital learning, and edtech innovation.
Contribute to the creation of scalable frameworks for how Rita ABC delivers guidance across different tech career paths.
Partner with designers and engineers to test, refine, and improve content flows within the product.
Maintain alignment with Rita ABC’s mission of inclusivity and accessibility in all content outputs.
Stay informed about emerging trends in education, design, and AI to push the boundaries of what digital learning can be.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in content design, curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of how people learn, with experience designing educational or training materials.
Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging, and actionable content.
Proficiency with modern design and content tools (e.g., Figma, Notion, AI-powered authoring tools).
Familiarity with learning design frameworks
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
Comfort working in early-stage, fast-paced environments where experimentation is key.
Passion for edtech, inclusivity, and using AI to reimagine education.
