About the Role

As the Head of Impact at Rita XYZ, you will lead one of Rita Group’s core initiatives, overseeing the mission-driven operations that support both small business owners and tech innovators. Reporting directly to the CEO, Michael A., and serving as a key member of the Rita leadership team, you will manage Rita XYZ as a whole, ensuring that all aspects of its dual mission are successfully executed. From supporting small business client projects to managing our apprenticeship program for aspiring technologists, your leadership will help scale Rita XYZ’s impact while maintaining quality and thoughtfulness in all efforts.

Responsibilites

Oversee the overall management and operations of Rita XYZ, ensuring alignment with the broader goals of Rita Group.
Ensure Rita XYZ’s dual mission is honored by successfully supporting both small business owners and tech innovators.
Manage client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery that meets client needs.
Oversee and support the apprenticeship program, ensuring tech beginners are effectively mentored and equipped for success.
Collaborate with the Head of People to ensure proper staffing for client projects and the apprenticeship program.
Work across Rita teams to ensure alignment and synergy with other Rita initiatives.
Partner with social media, website, content, and brand teams to support consistent and impactful communication.
Scale Rita XYZ’s program thoughtfully, maintaining high standards and preserving its mission-driven approach.
Actively participate in leadership discussions to contribute to the success of Rita Group’s overarching impact goals.

Requirements

Proven experience leading or contributing to impact-based initiatives, with a focus on creating meaningful outcomes for diverse communities.
Strong expertise in technology and product development, with the ability to guide teams in delivering successful projects.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Passion for supporting small businesses, mentoring tech beginners, and fostering diversity and inclusion in tech.
Experience working across teams to align initiatives and achieve shared goals.
A proactive mindset with a strong ability to scale programs while maintaining quality and thoughtfulness.
