As Project Manager at Rita Group, you’ll work directly with the CEO to help shape and drive projects across our entire ecosystem and subsidiaries. While this role is does involve task-level work, this role will also contribute to a project management system that organizes initiatives and projects spanning Rita Group, Rita Lab, Rita ABC, and Rita XYZ. You’ll act as a central connector; helping to organize priorities, track progress across teams, and ensure that leadership has visibility into what’s moving forward (and what isn’t).

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving, creative, and tech environments, is eager to learn new ways of working especially as it pertains to AI, and sees project management as both a science and an art. You’ll collaborate with functions ranging from design and engineering to product and community, while also experimenting with AI-driven workflows that push the boundaries of traditional PM.

• Partner with the CEO to track and organize company-wide initiatives across Rita Group and its subsidiaries.
• Leverage lightweight systems for keeping leadership informed of project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, product, and community teams to align projects with organizational goals.
• Facilitate prioritization and ensure that projects stay focused on outcomes rather than outputs.
• Adopt and experiment with AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, improve visibility, and support decision-making.
• Act as a central point of organization, helping connect dots between leadership-level goals and team-level execution.
• Manage project documentation, timelines, and tracking systems within Notion, ensuring information stays clear and accessible.
• Meet weekly with the CEO and leadership team to review project updates, surface risks, and align on priorities.

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once.
• Comfort working in environments that are creative, ambiguous, and constantly evolving.
• Eagerness to experiment with new methodologies and adopt AI-driven approaches to project management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and translate complexity into clarity.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, paired with the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift.
• Experience with or familiarity of Notion, Discord, and common AI tools.
